We know how important it is to do the work of mourning. It is easier when you are not doing it alone.
We create safe spaces for you to speak your truth, express your grief experience, learn from others who have also experienced the death of a loved one, and find support as you explore your changing life.
This personal, one-on-one service provides you with a safe space to share your grief and explore your thoughts and questions. It is offered for a designated period of time with a trained peer volunteer.
Closed Groups
Trained peer volunteer facilitators support a small group of people who have experienced the death of a loved one. A program of weekly topics provides plenty of opportunities to share insights, thoughts and questions about your own grief journey.
Open Bereavement Groups & Educational Workshops
Open groups or workshops are regularly scheduled and open to anyone, including those participating in other types of support. Each gathering will focus on a specific topic with a guest speaker and/or a trained peer volunteer facilitator.
Walking Groups
Small groups meet regularly with a trained peer volunteer to share their grief journey while walking.
